Free Shipping on ALL Orders to anywhere in the USA.
We do our best to ship our products out as fast as we can, but please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a shipping method that provides a tracking number.
Savvy K Boutique only ships within the United States.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
Free Local Pickup
We will be offering free local pickup to our local customers. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup but, it is the customers responsibility to pick up the order. If someone chooses the local pickup option but lives to far away for local pickup we will have to create an invoice so you can pay for shipping to your address.
At Savvy K Boutique, our biggest goal is to well serve our amazing customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
When you receive your product, please look it over completely. If you think that you've received a defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you are missing items from your order or were sent an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
Rules for returns:
- Items must be returned within 15 days from date of purchase.
- Items can be returned for store credit only. We cannot issue refunds.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Returns must have the original packing slip included.
- Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s).
- Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
- Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return once it is received at our store. You will receive an email with your store credit.
At the Savvy K Boutique, we have a limited number of each gorgeous style featured on the site and, because of this, we can’t guarantee an exchange. However, we will issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card sent via email as soon as possible! If the right size in the right style is available, you can use your shiny new gift card to snatch it right up!
All invoices will be canceled 24 hours after they have been sent. Items will not be held longer than 24 hours.
